Terms of Service

These terms apply to services booked with Master Mobile Detail LLC in the Phoenix, AZ metro area. By booking with us you agree to the terms below.
Booking and scheduling
All appointments are scheduled by phone, text, or through the website quote form. We will confirm the date, time, service, and price before we arrive. If your appointment conflicts with weather or availability, we will contact you to reschedule.
Pricing
Published prices are starting points. Final pricing depends on vehicle size and condition. We will always confirm final pricing before we start the work. Pet hair removal, heavy stain treatment, and unusual conditions may add fees, which we will communicate up front.
Payment
Payment is due at the end of the service unless otherwise arranged. We accept card, cash, and digital payment methods. A failed or reversed payment may result in suspension of future service.
Cancellations and no-shows
Please give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged a service fee because the appointment slot cannot be filled.
Water and power
Our van carries its own filtered water and power for most jobs. If your location does not allow on-site detailing (certain HOAs, underground parking, locked gates), we will coordinate an alternative.
Your vehicle
Please remove personal valuables from the vehicle before we start. We are not responsible for personal items left in the car. Tell us about any pre-existing damage before we begin so we can document it.
Our guarantee
If anything is not right when we finish, tell us on the spot and we will fix it. We stand behind our work.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or conditions that existed before we began work.
