Built for rigs that do not fit in a wash bay.
RVs and motorhomes are the wrong shape for a normal car wash. Tunnels are too narrow. Drive-throughs do not have the height clearance. Self-serve bays charge you for time you spend climbing a ladder to reach the roof. The result is most RV owners give up and let oxidation set in for months between cleans, which is the single fastest way to drop resale value on a $50,000-plus rig.
Mobile RV detailing solves this. We park alongside your RV wherever it lives, climb the rig with the right ladder, bring our own DI filtered water tank so storage lots without hose hookups are not a problem, and detail every panel including the parts most owners cannot reach. The whole process happens at your storage lot or driveway, so you never move the rig until you actually need to use it.
What Phoenix specifically does to RVs
Phoenix is one of the harshest environments in the country for an RV. Three forces stack on top of each other. The UV index sits past 11 for months, which oxidizes gel coat fiberglass faster than any other climate in the lower 48. Monsoon haboobs grind abrasive dust into wet sidewalls between July and September. And Phoenix tap water runs up to 20 grains per gallon, hard enough to leave permanent water etching on RV sidewalls if you use a regular hose. We address all three: DI filtered water for zero water spots, monsoon-grade hand wash for embedded dust, and UV-grade ceramic or wax sealants that hold up to AZ sun.
RV-specific services included
- Black streak removal — the dark vertical stains from rubber roof runoff that hand wash alone cannot lift
- Roof care by material — rubber EPDM, fiberglass, or aluminum, each with the right cleaner and protectant
- Awning wash and treat — vinyl awning cleaner safe for the seam threads
- Slide-out seal conditioning — stops UV cracking on slide-out gaskets, the leak culprit on most older rigs
- Interior steam clean — kitchen, bathroom, slide carpets, vents, the surfaces road dust collects on first
- Fiberglass oxidation correction — multi-stage compound and polish for sidewalls that have already faded
- Polish add-on ($250) — single-stage machine polish on fiberglass sidewalls, available with any RV detail package
- Ceramic coating for RVs — UV-resistant ceramic engineered for gel coat fiberglass, 3 to 5 year durability

RV detailing FAQ.
How much does mobile RV detailing cost in Phoenix?
Mobile RV detailing in Phoenix starts at $199 for an exterior hand wash on a Class B or smaller travel trailer. A full inside-and-out detail starts at $549 and ranges up to $899 for a 40-foot Class A motorhome. Ceramic coating starts at $1,499. Final pricing depends on length, height, and condition. We confirm the exact number after we measure the rig.
Do you come to RV parks and storage lots?
Yes. We service RVs at storage lots, RV parks, campgrounds, dealerships, and private driveways across the Phoenix metro. We bring our own DI filtered water tank and a generator, so storage lots without water or power hookups are not a problem. We just need a flat spot we can walk around.
How long does a full RV detail take?
A full RV detail in Phoenix takes 4 to 8 hours depending on rig size. A 24-foot Class B is usually a half day. A 40-foot Class A with slide-outs and a roof clean is a full day. We do not rush, every panel gets the same attention as a car detail.
Can you remove black streaks from my RV?
Yes. Black streaks are oxidized rubber and roof runoff that bonds to fiberglass sidewalls. We use a specific black-streak remover and soft brush technique that lifts the staining without scratching the gel coat. Heavily oxidized streaks may need a follow-up polish, which we can quote on-site.
Do you clean RV roofs?
Yes, we clean rubber, fiberglass, and metal RV roofs as part of the Full RV Detail. Phoenix sun bakes contaminants into rubber roofs aggressively. We use roof-safe cleaners, soft-bristle brushes, and follow up with a UV protectant designed for the roof material on your rig. We do not pressure wash rubber roofs, that is how you ruin them.
Should I get my RV ceramic coated in Arizona?
If your RV lives outside in Phoenix sun for more than a few months a year, ceramic coating pays for itself. The Arizona UV index hits 11+ for months and oxidation is the main reason RVs lose resale value. A ceramic coating slows oxidation dramatically and makes monthly maintenance washes much faster. We typically see customers go from washing every 2 weeks to every 6 to 8 weeks after a coating.
Do you detail travel trailers and fifth wheels?
Yes. Travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, Class A, B, and C motorhomes, vintage Airstreams, all of it. We quote by length and condition rather than by rig type. Tell us the length, age, and where it is stored when you call.
Can you detail my RV before I pick it up from storage for a trip?
Yes, this is one of our most-booked services. We meet you at the storage lot the day before your trip, do a full detail outside, treat the slide-out seals, and clean the interior so you roll out fresh. We can also do a full ceramic coating session at your storage lot if you have a few days of lead time.
