Service Description

To ensure lasting value beyond a single visit, we offer an exclusive maintenance program tailored to qualifying clients. This program is designed for customers who value efficiency, protection, and a consistently flawless appearance for their vehicles. Through scheduled service and meticulous care, we preserve the results of our initial detailing while extending the life, cleanliness, and overall condition of your vehicle. Our maintenance clients receive priority service, personalized care, and the same uncompromising attention to detail that defines every Master Mobile Detail experience. Our options are $100 each for 2 vehicles MINIMUM or $149 for 1 single vehicle per month. Anyone interested in a weekly or bi-weekly plan please call or text us directly for pricing.


1. Vehicle Assessment & Agreement Upon arrival, we will conduct an initial assessment of the vehicle and discuss the necessary services with the customer. The final amount agreed upon for the service must be honored and paid in full. Any additional work or services requested during the detailing process will be subject to additional charges. 2. Pet Hair Upcharge If pet hair is present in the vehicle, an additional charge may be applied based on the condition and extent of the hair. The upcharge will be discussed and agreed upon before the service is started. 3. Weather Conditions & Appointment Flexibility In case of inclement weather or unforeseen weather conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment at no additional charge to you. You will be notified in advance if your appointment needs to be adjusted. 4. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse service if, during the assessment or booking process, we determine the vehicle may pose a safety risk or is in a condition that cannot be safely detailed. 5. Biohazard Safety Policy In the event that biohazardous materials (including but not limited to: drug-related materials, bodily fluids, mold, or hazardous waste) are not disclosed by the customer prior to the appointment, the booking will be canceled, and the service will be terminated immediately. Full payment may be due if a biohazard situation is discovered after arrival. We reserve the right to refuse service under such conditions for the safety of both our team and the vehicle. 6. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Any no-show or last-minute cancellations may incur a 25% fee depending on the circumstances. 7. Payment Terms Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept [list payment methods]. 8. Liability Waiver While we take great care in providing high-quality service, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions on the vehicle (e.g., scratches, fading, or weak paint). We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during the detailing process if the vehicle was not adequately assessed or disclosed.
